"Dog Life" Magazine

Designed a fictional magazine called "Dog Life", including an 8.5" × 11" magazine cover and a two-page table of contents spread. I researched magazine layouts and editorial design elements to create a professional, engaging publication focused on dogs and pet owners.

I developed the layouts by experimenting with typography, imagery, headlines, page organization, and visual hierarchy. I used stock photography and Adobe InDesign to create a cohesive visual style across the cover and table of contents while maintaining clear organization and readability.

This project allowed me to explore editorial design while creating a magazine concept that reflected my personal interest in dogs. I strengthened my skills in Adobe InDesign and learned how typography, photography, spacing, alignment, and composition work together to create a polished magazine layout.
